Dear List Members

Things are quiet on the News front this week, only three short items.

1) CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE 2010 HERDSA CONFERENCE

After hosting conferences in two regional areas (Rotorua and Darwin), we are
seeking expressions of interest to host the HERDSA 2010 Annual Conference in
a major Australian city, particularly Sydney or Melbourne. HERDSA
conferences are high profile events which explore policy, research, trends
and issues relating to higher education and its development. The conferences
are high quality events which attract delegates from many different nations.
All interested parties or consortia are asked to forward their interest or
queries to Shelda Debowski c/e HERDSA, PO Box 27 Milperra NSW 2214 or
email office at herdsa.org.au by August 25, 2008.

It is available from the HERDSA Office @ AUD25 plus p&p.
