Dear List Members

Earlier today I thought I had sent the message below but all that came to
you was a blank! I have no explanation so I’ll try again.

Subject: HERDSA conference 2009 Darwin update

Submissions:

Please note that the final deadline for registering all contributions for
HERDSA2009 is Friday 20th February (12 midnight CST). This includes all full
and concise papers, abstracts for showcases and posters and also workshop.
There will not be any extension to this deadline due to the short turn
around time for reviewers. Please read the contribution advice located at
http://conference.herdsa.org.au/2009/call.html All submissions must be
received via the submission interface available at
http://herdsa.cdu.edu.au/.

Number of submissions for each author:

HERDSA has the following advice if authors are involved in more than one
submission.
Submissions are accepted on the basis that at least one presenter must
register and attend the conference. Each registrant may only be the
principal presenter for ONE paper or (1) workshop or (1) showcase.
Co-presenters are allowed, but must register for the daily registration on
the day of their presentation if they wish to present. Where there are
multiple presenters it is important the presentation time is strictly
adhered to so enough time is available for discussion.

Draft program:

This is now available from the conference website.
http://conference.herdsa.org.au/2009/program.html Preconference workshop
information from the first round of submissions will be available soon.

Reviewers:

We have notified all reviewers of their impending work!! The deadline for
the return of reviewers comments is 16th March. If you have not yet been
contacted and would like to assist in the review process we would be very
pleased to hear from you!! Please email me at the conference email address:
herdsa2009 at cdu.edu.au

We look forward to your participation in HERDSA2009.
