work as part of a research team on an Australian Research Council 
Linkage Project entitled 'Strengthening the Rule of Law through the

 ANU Centre for International Governance and Justice, located within the
 Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) in the School of Regulation, 
Justice & Diplomacy, seeks a part-time Research Officer to work on 
the Australian Research Council Linkage Project, ‘Strengthening the Rule
 of Law through the UN Security Council’. 



This project is a collaboration between the Centre for International
 Governance and Justice and the Australian Government’s Asia Pacific 
Civil-Military Centre of Excellence. The Research Officer will support 
and work closely with the Project Chief Investigators, Professor Hilary 
Charlesworth (Project Director) and Dr. Jeremy Farrall and will provide 
support including research assistance, project and financial management,
 and general administrative and organisational support. 



The successful candidate will have strong research and analytical 
skills as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. A 
demonstrated interest in issues relating to the United Nations and the 
rule of law is also essential.



This position is part time - 17.5 hours per week.
