<DIV>Due to an upcoming conference, 2 large and 2 small writing project deadlines, and a recent commitment to write an expedited amicus brief I am afraid that the fulsome version Digest will not be available for some time. Indeed, even this week's edition has been cheated the last couple of days on account of a postgraduate intensive course on IntEnvLaw that I am teaching this week. Over the coming weeks I will provide scraps that I am able to cobble together. Stay posted, though, because once I dig out the Digest will be back up and running as usual.</DIV>
