<i>Green Governance: Ecological Survival, Human Rights, and the Law of the Commons </i>(CUP, Feb 2013). An accompanying Commons Law Project (CLP) website is already up and running:

It includes the full text of a draft essay from which the book is derived, plus sundry other items of cognate interest. Among them is a new article in the Spring | Summer 2012 issue of <i>Kosmos Journal</i> (an executive summary of the book).
