Simon Nicholson of the School of International Service at American University and myself will serve as guest editors for the issue. Though this call is for an issue of a law journal, we are happy to consider well-crafted contributions from non-legal perspectives, provided that clear links are made to relevant notions of domestic or international law, and that the typical conventions of writing for a law journal are followed.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The guidelines for articles are as follows:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst style='text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'><![if !supportLists]><span style='font-family:Symbol'><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>·<span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> </span></span></span><![endif]>Length: 5000-7000 words.
