đọc, dc phê duyệt theo Quyết định 51/ 2010, ngày 29/6/2010. <br>Không biết có
phải văn bản luật mà mọi người đang nói đến không?<br><br>Và khi con hỏi câu
này, k nhằm mục đích gì cả, càng phải là muốn nói đến đối tượng NKT học
cao học sẽ dc miễn, giảm học phí...<br>Mà ý con muốn nói là câu chữ quy định
trong điều 27 có thể gây hiểu nhầm. Và sau đó, có lẽ sẽ có văn bản hướng dẫn
thực thi cụ thể, chú nhỉ? Theo ý con là vậy. <br><br><br>Chú thấy thế nào
