We are in the final throws of the registration info at the moment.  
Should have it out in a day or two.  The programme is looking good with 3 
International speakers :-

	Jordan Hubbard  - FreeBSD consortium
	Patrik Fulstrom  -  Developer of whois++  (the next distributed 
				data tool)
	David Conrad  -  Director of the Asia Pacific Network Info Centre.

although it's pretty bare at the moment.  It'll be fleshed out later in 
the week.
