Web-site hosts for community organisations?

Michael Moynihan asked about non-profit community organisations on 
the Web.

VICNET provides space on its web-site for Victorian community 
organisations, without charge.  Sometimes assistance can also be 
provided in establishing a home page.  VICNET uses volunteers for 
much of this work, and the best way to see what we do is to look:
    http://www.vicnet.net.au

We can provide a facility to update Web pages online, or 
alternatively VICNET staff are able to do this.

This applies only to Victorian organisations, and only to non-profit 
bodies.  There is a wide range of organisations already represented.
