I have placed a critique of Steve Orlowsky's paper on potential
Government policy directions for cryptography on my WWW site:

I would appreciate a critique of this critique, and some more 
critiques to keep it company - as links to other sites or as 
commentary in a separate page on my site.

This is the telco policy list.  Mr Orlowski has advocated some pretty 
suspect (and contradictory) approaches to crypto policy.  We should 
make constructive criticism.
