Pegasus Networks is the service provider to ACFOA, and since there's an
implication here regarding the standard of service we are providing, I've
followed up this matter, and am taking the liberty of reporting back to
this list (with permission of ACFOA).
The situation with ACFOA is that they are currently using an old 2400 bps
modem, connected to a 286 PC. They haven't had the expertise internally
to provide guidance on appropriate upgrade paths, but are now ready to
upgrade to a higher level of service, which Pegasus can certainly provide.
It seems clear that they will continue using Pegasus services, not least
for the additional value we provide to organisations of their type.
Paul Wilson,
Pegasus Networks.
