Browser types sample...

I came across the following this morning and thought it might be of interest
to linkers, given earlier discussion about striving for maximum
readability/viewability across browser types.

It would be interesting to see how this compared with an equivalent data
sample on visits to some of the university-based sites (I'd imagine it would
reveal a less - but not greatly less - absolute dominance by Netscape).

The posting also had statistics on Netscape versions and the operating
systems in use in the last 1 000 Netscape visits.  I have kept a copy of the
full post, if anyone is interested in this additional information. You can
