It is highly unlikely that EdNA will be set up "right first time".
This is because no large system of this nature can be done right first
time - there are just too many unknowns.
I would have thought that EdNA would grow, migrate, evolve, change etc,
in response to people's experience of it, once they start to use it.
EdNA should be created with this flexibility and expectation in mind.
All good large systems start off as good small systems. Remember the first
UNIX?
Remember the Apollo moon landings? They got there in Apollo 11.
