Can the Electronic Commerce Office  or GELPROC provide more information on the
recently published report that there has been a

 "special meeting of industry representatives and Purchasing Australia's
Electronic Commerce Office  convened to commence the process of developing the
Australian Purchasing Implementation Guidelines for the Federal Government's
CECS Project."

When did it take place? Who was there? What was decided?
