ABC Review submissions

Well

I emailed mine off and asked for an acknowledgement - which I have 
received.

I was wondering if anyone has a WWW site on which they are interested in 
putting up submissions if people are prepared to make them 'open' - or 
even if there is any interest in seeing other people's submissions. I am 
unsure if a submission to a review has to be kept private of not. I 
presume that as I wrote my submission, I 'own' it and can do what I like 
with it.

What do other people think/know about this?
