Telstra Document -Reply

Came across a news clipping from today's Sun-Herald (pg 13) titled
"Telstra in new Internet push". Claims that Telstra is intending to set up a
190 number for casual access to the Internet at $4.20 per hour. Anybody
out there have any further information on the document?  

The article also claimed that Telstra had identified four journalists who (to
quote the article) '  have "aligned themselves" with Telstra's rivals and
report on the Battle for the Internet market in "Daivd/Goliath terms"  '. Any
suspects?   (-;
