On-line Defence: submission for Defence Efficiency Review

I am prepareing a submission for the Defence Efficiency Review, proposing a
follow-on project to the one which created the Defence Home Page, to place
internal Defence business on-line and promote Australian industry. The first

This will form part of my opening address to the "Information Systems
Driving Radical Change", conference in Sydney, 3 December 1996. I would
