Interesting, but doesn't explain this situation, I'm not using Windows 
95, our server has a Linux platform, and the control panel time is 
accurate - added to that you'll note that while your messages have +1100 
to explain the daylight saving, mine claim +1000. Guess I'll not try to 
use email as an alibi at any time ;-)
