"FREE" Bulk E-Mail Software "Explodes Your Biz"

To whom it may concern:
This person is promulgating a potential SPAM.
He is offering software to extract email addresses, and has spammed 
several newsgroups already - offering his software.

In the interest of those of us wishing to rid the Internet of spammers,
I am requesting you, as a responsible system administrator,
to give this person a lesson in netiquette and then revoke his account.
 
It is bad enough when an individual spams the Internet.
It is intolerable when they demonstrate the ability to allow others to 
do it with simplicity.  

Please regard this message with seriousness.
