Subscriptions to the new service will be priced at $95 per month plus a
small usage charge. Customers will purchase the modem."

A few calls revealed they are using LANCity cable modems with downstream
capacity of 10Mbps and upstream of 19.2Kbps. The service will be available
to other areas beginning next year. The delays are due to cable modem
unavailability.
The $95/month will be for up to 400Mb of data transfer, 25 cents/MB thereafter.
