I just tried a brief test from the ISP I administer there. It seems that
'http://www.hotsex.com/index.html' is still accessible - I would have
though its would be a likely target based on the visibility of the domain
name alone.
Of course we were not going through the officially sanctioned proxies, but
it seems (based on this minimal test) that access hasn't been blocked at
the IP level.
I was afraid that the SBA might have blocked all TCP traffic on port
80, except for stuff coming from authorised proxies.
I would be try any URL's which the .sg govt would block, especially
material they consider seditious.
