Don't rely on journalists for stuff like this. It is just too esoteric to
handle in any sort of publication.
If you've got a genuine grievance about anti-competitive behaviour then you
have a DUTY to bring it to the attention of the ACCC. Write to Professor
Fels. That's what he is paid to do. And so far, he has been very good at
blocking anti-competitive behaviour (thank God) so use the mechanisms which
are available.
If the public doesn't bring complaints of this kind to their attention,
then we have no right to complain of any lack of bureaucratic action.
