 just thought id do some more checking on it..

Can the organization listed in Section 3 of the domain template be changed? 

       The organization listed in section 3 of the domain template is the
domain name holder. The organization name can only be changed if
       the name is spelled incorrectly or the name of the organization
listed is legally changed. If a domain name is being given from company
       A to company B, the domain must be deleted and added again as new.
This can be accomplished by following the instructions for
       transferring a domain name.

 I would believe that internic once notified would put a hold on transfers
of the domain names, though i have no evidence of this. they do have
discussion lists on the registration matters which are joinable

 $5000 for a $100 investment is not a bad profit is it?
