Telstra email to fax service

In the past two days I have had three messages sent to me from the TCP.int
people saying that there is no remote-printer server locally for the email
to fax gateway and that my fax could not be delivered.

Does anyone know whether this service, till now supplied free by Telstra in
Australia, has been withdrawn?
