I will be speaking on "Implications Of The Internet For Government : Where
To From Here?" at the 10th National Technology in Government Conference,
Hyatt Hotel, Canberra, Tuesday 18th March,  9:45am. A copy of my slides,

Eric Wainwright prepared the paper for the conference, which discusses the
Information Management Steering Committee work, but was unable to deliver
