HTML frames cause copyright violation

A false attribution of authorship violates copyright under Australian law.
It is easy to see how links to person A's work from B's framed page which
implies that the destination link is B's work can infringe copyright.
There is also a strong likelihood that the same misleading conduct will
infringe the Trade Practices Act too.
