OnRamp SPC Services - The cost can be counted.

Matthew and everyone,
I think you'll find that the complete OnRamp Xpress option (which is the
equivalent billing option of a Microlink xSPC at 128Kbps) has been
delayed until 1Q98, with no definite release date. This information is
about a week old from an inside source at Telstra.
Luckily I've been able to relocate an existing Microlink service!
Certainly makes a mockery of Telstra's press release on OnRamp and
presents all sorts of headaches for new customers.
Best regards,
Richard.
