     Bill Gates is slyly making plans to hijack the Internet
     TV market -- and you. By investing huge $$ in cable
     companies (like this week's rumored deal with TCI)
     he helps finance high-speed cable access to the Internet.
     And gets his Microsoft software onto the cable-modem-equipped
     set-top boxes the cable companies will "give" you
     as part of your monthly fee. Once that happens you
     (and the Net TV market) are all his.

Didn't the PM or someone similar just meet with Billy recently?  This
would be one way to move the HFC effort forward.
