Hi, Tony

We do have a CVigor on the list, namely me !   I apologise to every-one
for the confirmations that my e-mail system, Groupwise, has been
sending to the list.  I have recently and temporarily moved to a new
system in the Department of Workplace Relations and Small Business
and have not fully mastered the intracacies of it, but I think that the facility
is now switched off.  Let me know if it continues to bother you.

Many of them bounce to me as list owner as the list software _usually_
filters them and they don't go to the list.  It seesm to be sporadic and I
can't find out what is happening.  Last time I checked we dont seem to
have
a "CVigor" on the list and I havn't got a response from the postmaster (I
think).  I suspect there is an exploder subscribed with a flakey address.

I'll keep trying.
