uni IT services charging query

Dear Linkers,

Forgive me if I've missed this discussion, but I wondered if anyone knows
of a survey of the rates Australian universities charge their students for
Internet/AARNET access and what students are entitled to? Has this sort of
information been brought together in a comparative form?

The underlying issue here is the move to increasing tariffs for student
Internet access (with the oft-cited rationale of demand management). I
would welcome any comments on this.
