apology for this.

Basically I have so many things to do that I tend to immerse myself
into one at a time and do it properly. Doing a proper job on my new
web site, and reading about configuration of the Apache server has
not yet come to the top of the stack.
The system operator at the ISP, Benno Rentinck (an occasional Linker)
can no-doubt change the cookie setting behaviour, but it needs to
be researched as it may affect all the other web sites which this
Apache server handles. The demands on Benno's mind are immense, and
while setting unnecesary cookies is bad form, I don't think it is a
disaster.
I can't do everything as soon as I would like. In the mean time, as
the logo on one of Benno's baseball caps says . . .
