According to OED:

Information is:  something told: knowledge
Economy is:  the care management of (esp. financial) resources,
frugality.  or sparing or careful use

This combination of terms indicates that less money, less information,
and less resources are going to be produced or if produced only in a
sufficient quantity to meet future needs based on full utilization of
50% of past resources.

Another term for strategic deployment to the rear for forward
evaluation.
