'Goosebumps' and 'Huck Finn' on banned books lists

I saw this article yesterday, too, as the headline grabbed my attention as
headlines are supposed to.  However, what the story really is is the
annual American Library Association focus on what books were *reqested* to
be banned, not necessarily those that were.  

The Goosebumps example is an interesting one, though.  Given the
commercial expanse of their products, I'm sure it's another one of those
that would be getting 'business' on the side of the 'free speech'
argument. This would be like banning Ken and Barbie{TM} stories!  I don't
think so....
