I'm more inclined to trust the judgment of Lincoln Stein
than MicroSoft, since he's basically one of the "hubs" behind
the development of useful web tools, and the developer of the
increasingly valuable CGI.pm perl module for interfacing
Perl scripts to the web with a minimum of effort.

All I've ever got from MicroSoft is a bad taste in my my mouth,
and I have a deep mistrust of anything they publish as "information"
about their products.

Lincoln, on the other hand has never let me down,
and he's not just in it for the money either ;)
