These will be about as effective as the ones tried in Singapore, and soon
after abandoned. Replaced by a team on the look out for "bad" sites.... or
to accept telephone complaints. About 30 sites banned isn't it in
Singapore? And most of them out of date and mirrored elsewhere. Why do they
bother and waste time and money? At the same time as reducing the
efficiency of their Internet services for everyone. To be seen to be doing
something no doubt... to appease the censorious types. This is basically
what the Singapore Broadcasting people who monitor the Web admitted.
