I started with a dial up account at Netinfo and the got a permanent
connection account as well. A few weeks later Dynamite took over, shifted
the operation from the original Netinfo premises to their's, which involved
a change in phone number and new IP number. They supplied me with adequate
information and the slight amount of trouble I had, due to my own technical
confusion, they resolved over the phone in a freidly and helpful manner.

They, like most ISPs, are very rapidly expanding which may explain why
things sometimes go awry.

I have no reason to feel unhappy about the service I have had from them.
