My suspicion is that it will be used more _within_ parties for
communication (email) and reference (web) than as part of the direct
political process. It's at one remove from direct contact with electors.
Political spam would be a dead duck and there is no way anybody other than
the really dedicated will look up the party sites for a policy.

As an communication tool within parties I supspect it will have an
importnat and growing role. Not dominant this time round but maybe the
following election.  Anybody from a party want to comment?
