I am not sure if this was a criticism of the NOIE web site, or of
government in general. But what the heck. We can take a bit of
constructive criticism! So we have added a few more links under this
heading. Suggestions for more are welcome.
In our defence I would note that the particular report BRD commented upon
was under the heading of "Items of historical interest". There was a lot
of official or semi-official work done over the last several years on
online policy matters. Whether it was good, bad or indifferent, one of the
objectives of this NOIE page is to ensure that there is a comprehensive
listing of such material, see e.g.
