I recently posted to the list a whinge about the difficulties I was having in 
applying for an Aussie Post KeyPost digital certificate/public key here in 
Melbourne. 
So I'm now pleased to report that yesterday I finally succeeded in finding 
someone to accept my application at the post office in the foyer of Aussie 
post HQ here in Melbourne (which is the designated application point in 
Victoria).
I've applied for the $30 'anonymous' version, instead of the normal $20 
version and, when it arrives, I look forward to trying it out on-line at the 
NEC/Vic government on-line service 'Maxi' to change my drivers license address
etc.
