Bouncing mail

[Stewart Fist]

Mark Smeaton left Macquarrie Bank some time ago, and they haven't closed down
his e-mail box, so now it is overflowing and we are all getting bounces.

There seems to be a potential here for widescale problems.  I guess Tony would
know what to do about it.
