[LINK] Internet use by 12-24 year olds

I have a question of linkers:

Where would you suggest I go to for information on the extent of usage of
the Internet by young people, ('young people' = those aged 12-24) as well
as how the Internet is used in different contexts (ie.  home, educational
institutions such as schools, universities, TAFE, community providers etc

Also, I'm interested in any good strategies for assisting young people
access the Internet.
