Gawd they are dumb.

Unemployed households are more likely to have Cable TV and Cable Modems
than employed households with children because parents haven't the time to
arrange the connectivity and the hassles that go with it.


Just look at any IRC server in Australian and ask the users what they do.
Most are unemployed and online 24 * 7 ...
