[LINK] ABC-Telstra deal -- the terms and conditions

I have put up at my site the actual terms and conditions (those "commercial in
confidence" ones) that Brian Johns of the ABC and Telstra have worked out.

I'd love to get some urgent feedback (particularly from lawyers) on this. 
There are 12 pages, scanned from a fax, but readable.
