[LINK] Helping third world

Recalling that television advertisment of some 2 years ago where some
sub-continent women were putting a washing machine to a more traditional
use, I wonder what traditional use the 3rd world countries will have for
$500M worth of M$ CDs.

Cynical? ... me? ...
