[LINK] Blue Box

I'm suddenly getting inundated with dozens of requests from Spanish-sounding
names (and all with .com or hotmail addresses) for information on how to build
Blue Boxes for phone phreaking.

I wrote about them recently in a history column, and I guess the search engine
is picking me up.

I haven't got a clue.  But I would guess that South America must still have
telephone networks not using CCS#7 signalling.  Does anyone know whether this
is correct?
