You assume Primus refer to 1 * Xpress 64k when they say "ISDN" -
which, flagfalls not included, is $3,300 per annum including the
OnRamp2 rental.

A quick glance at the Telstra SFOA shows 128k ISDN (2 * Xpress 64)
is $4,140 including the OnRamp2 rental.  So gee, I wonder.

"I have no idea ..." - hmm, sounds right to me!
