Anyway, I had an interesting experience yesterday in the Immigration Office.
Had to stop in for a return entry visa, the room in Dandenong is FULL of
people.  I went up to the reception guy and asked what the chance of getting
to see someone was. He said bad. I asked why.  He sheepishly said:  Our
computers didn't account for the leap year date. We're having to do it all
manually.

I cracked up!  And I asked can I tell this story to my friends.  He said
yes.  So, link friends, here's one for your collection of incidents.  I
wonder if the federal department would confirm it?
