[LINK] Feds to flog ABN database

Gee, I'm glad I didn't complete all of that form.  When I rang and told 
them I wouldn't, I was told it was voluntary anyway.  Too bad they didn't 
reveal it on the actual paper!  I wonder if that constitutes a breach?
