Yesterday I bought some software from the Firmware Design site 
(http://www.firmware.com.au). I was impressed with their overall 
service. They emailed me a confirmation with a registration number if 
I needed to call them back. At the end of the day, they confirmed the 
shipping of the package with appropriate shipping details and this 
morning the package arrived via express post.I didn't have to fill in 
pages of detail, they wanted the bare minimum and the whole thing 
went very quickly. Finding the software on their site was a breeze.

Overall a very positive experience - someone has got it right!
