[LINK] APH Search Engine

I have been using the very useful Parliament of Australia search engine
at http://search.aph.gov.au/search/

However, there is one feature that is not clear to me.

Does Date >1-6-00 include 1 June.

ie does it mean

1. search for all xxx from 2 June onwards

2. search for all xxx from 1 June onwards

similarly for <1-6-00

similarly for between 01-mar-99 and 10-mar-99
